The Session Title can be made more descriptive/eye catching to "peak interest" however the session topic, as was outlined in your speaker contract, must remain the same as was agreed upon by you and the speaker committee person who contacted you.

Submitting a Presentation?
Your presentation must be emailed to email@example.com no later than Friday, July 1, 2016. Materials will be distributed to attendees for you provided we receive them by Friday, July 1, 2016. It is the expectation of our membership that a pdf handout of your presentation (as well as any other additional handouts used to supplement your presentation) will be made available electronically to our attendees on our website.
Any Special A/V Needs?
An LCD data projector, screen, laptop (loaded with your presentation) and a lavalier microphone will be provided. Please indicate any other audio visual requirements you have.
